3️⃣ Wait for our confirmation – Our team will review and accept your invite.

4️⃣ Receive an email notification – Once we have successfully accepted your invite, you’ll get a confirmation email. 📩 Important: You must wait for this confirmation before moving on to Step 2, where you’ll complete Form 2 to grant us access to Scale Insights.

Step 2: Revise Amazon Seller Permissions and Add us to your Scale Insights Account

These permissions are required to download your account data.
Form Part 2 – Provides instructions on how to add us to your Scale Insights account.
📩 After submitting this form, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your information and have started working on your audit.

Step 3: Audit & Analysis

One of our experts will conduct a detailed audit of your account to assess key performance areas and identify opportunities for improvement.
⏳ Timeline: Audits typically take 72 hours to complete, but this may vary depending on the number of requests we receive in a given month.

Step 4: Receive Your Audit Results

Once the audit is complete, you’ll receive an email with:
📊 A detailed audit report (typically in a spreadsheet)
📹 A Loom video explaining the findings (varies depending on your account)

Step 5: Schedule a Consultation Call

After reviewing your audit results, you’ll receive an invitation to book a call with our team. This call will allow us to discuss the findings, answer your questions, and outline potential next steps.
